Continue straight on this road, passing the cities of playa del Carmen, Xcaret. Continue for about 12 km, turn towards the sea at the second hotel complex after Xcaret. The bus station is located in Playa del Carmen, some 20 km from Puerto Aventuras. To reach the hotel from Playa del Carmen take the federal highway 307 until Puerto Aventuras.

The worst thing is the state of the rooms, which are not typical of a 4-star hotel and especially not of the catalonia chain. The entrance doors to the room, bathroom without a hand shower and with almost no light, leaks... Also, not very friendly reception. Reserving an à la carte restaurant is an odyssey and not possible. Very bad. The best thing is the environment, good food, and the entertainers.
