El hotel está muy bien en general. Es exactamente como aparece en las fotos. Todo está muy limpio y bien cuidado. Dos únicas puntualizaciones. La primera es que en algunos de los restaurantes el aire acondicionado está demasiado fuerte y hace frío. Y la segunda es que toda la animación está enfocada en agradar a los turistas estadounidenses y, sobre todo, canadienses, hasta el punto de que uno se olvida de que está en un país hispanoparlante y de cultura latina.

Impresionante complejo y maravilloso personal, muy buena comida, gran variedad de restaurantes, infinidad de zonas de baño, ect.

Por poner alguna pega... La playa no estaba muy azul, tal vez por la tormenta tropical?? y el tema de las camas libanesas en la piscina deberían poner un control de tiempo pues la gente dejaba sus cosas a primera hora y luego se iba a otros lados y por último podrían tener un acuerdo con algúna empresa de taxi para que llegarán a recogerte y dejarte al aeropuerto por un precio mucho más razonable.

Un 10 y espero volver pronto.

Gracias a todo el personal por hacernos sentir como en casa o mejor.
