Located directly on the beach Las Ballenas Casa Inca is a luxury villa with a pool, tropical gardens, free Wi-Fi access and parking. The air-conditioned villa includes 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a flat-screen TV, a covered terrace and a fully equipped kitchen. A security deposit of USD 500 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Please inform Casa Inca in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please note that a meter reading for the AC will take place at check-in and check-out. Casa Inca charges an additional fee for air-conditioning.
