We went with the family and the room for 4 was very spacious (two bedrooms, living room, and 2 bathrooms). Very good value for money.

The service was excellent, as was the breakfast service. The facilities seemed a bit outdated and not up to the standard of a 4-star hotel, but i would definitely return….

The hotel is good, although it is starting to show some signs of deterioration. We asked for blankets because it was cold, and the staff attended to us very well. Good breakfast. An excellent location for our purposes.

Good hotel. It lacks some maintenance, we were a bit cold. Everything very clean. Good breakfast.

Horrible, dirty, stinky, cockroaches. The horrible service of the reception girls. We arrived at 11:00 in the morning. We politely asked if they could let us into the room, as it has happened to me that i arrive earlier and they let us in earlier. The receptionist, super rude, said the check-in is at 14:00 hrs. We arrived 5 minutes to 2 again; it's at 14:00 hrs. When i approached, i said it's 2 and she said she would notify us for our room and left us waiting for 20 minutes, even though she kept saying the check-in is at 14:00 hrs. We never had internet, and they didn't even lend us a cell phone to request an uber to the airport with cash payment, obviously. She said they can't lend a cell phone and that it was in the hotel service. We had to go at 7 in the morning to a café to get internet. Horrible, i would never go again. Bad service and super dirty. I don't recommend it. And zero friendliness.

It's a 3-star hotel, clean, well located, and with a tasty breakfast. Good value for money.

Disaster. We were on the 15th floor and at times none of the 4 elevators worked. The hotel is very deteriorated, without maintenance, a shame.
