We found the location excellent and well-maintained. The staff is very welcoming and does their utmost for the guests. We particularly commend jamal, the operations manager, who made our stay fantastic. The negative point concerns the restaurant, where the meals present a poor value for money.

Radisson is one of the best holiday retreats you could enjoy with your family in taghazout, especially if you have babies, as you'll take delight in your stay, unlike other hotels, because of its pleasant bungalows.

A dream stay in a magnificent place, the rooms, the pool, the complete and excellent breakfast, the sports offered, the top-notch environment, the proximity to discover morocco, and the extremely attentive staff, an ultra-present kindness, everything was really perfect, i will come back without hesitation.

The + beautiful setting and location the - poor buffet organization, no glasses, no plates, no napkins, etc... Outdoor sound animation until 1 am throughout our stay. Incomplete room maintenance requiring a reminder to the reception each time. Dirty sheets, no linens, no soaps, etc. Insufficient staff responsiveness to our requests. For example, we waited 30 minutes for a porter...

At the beginning, i will talk about the parking spaces in the garage, which are limited. There is no room for all the hotel residents. The bungalows are spacious, but their daily maintenance leaves much to be desired: there are too many flies despite several complaints to the cleaning staff. The rooms are not made early, sometimes after 2 p. M., and sometimes towels and shower products (shower gel and shampoo) are not provided. There is a smell coming from the drains and the sink is clogged. The restaurant is full of flies, you cannot eat peacefully. The food is monotonous, there is no creativity on the part of the chef, the buffet repeats itself almost every day except for friday. There are no longer activities at the pool as before.
