The stay went well except that the hotel sent us to another hotel of the same chain. We booked at Menzah Zalagh City Centre and they sent us to Menzah Zalagh Boutique, which has a lower rating than City Centre.

Environment was good
Poor in room cleaning and toilet cleaning.
Cigarette smoking all over the place, cigarette smell in room.

Establecimiento fantástico, muy cerca de la medina nueva. Habitaciones muy limpias y cuidando mucho los detalles para que el cliente esté a gusto. El personal muy colaborador en todo momento. Totalmente recomendable.

El personal del hotel de 10. Muy atentos, siempre serviciales y ayudando. El hotel esta bien situado. Aunque el hotel se conserva bien, empieza a notarse la falta de mantenimiento en temas como pintura, etc. La piscina esta genial, con el bar y los camareros muy atentos.

Hôtel bien situé au centre ville nourriture bien quand c'est buffet moins bien en menu qui est souvent le cas chambres côté ville bruyantes boite de nuit climatisation bruyante camion poubelle très tôt le matin demande de supplément pour les chambres côté jardin et c'est bien dommage parce que le staffs est formidable sauf le gérant imbuvable.

L’hôtel est bien situé, pas très loin de l’aéroport et du centre commercial borj fès. Le personnel est très gentil et serviable. Le ménage est fait tous les jours. Nos chambres étaient très spacieuses. Nous avions une très belle vue sur la ville de fès avec de la verdure depuis notre chambre (voir photos ci-jointe). Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est correct, celui du soir est varié (différentes options: viande, poisson ou poulet). Je recommande pour un court séjour de passage à la ville de fès.

Personnel de l'accueil lamentable, ne s occupe pas trop des clients, pas de chauffage dans les chambres au mois de décembre, le wifi ne fonctionne que de temps en temps, l eau chaude de la baignoire coule très doucement !!!
Cet hôtel ne merite pas quatre étoiles mais c'est le maroc !!!.

Siempre que vamos a fez nos alojamos en este hotel. Lo mejor es que esta bien calidad precio, se puede ir andando a la medina 15 minutos. La comida es buena y lo mejor son las habitaciones que dan al jardín con una bonita piscina.
Lo peor es que algunas habitaciones necesitan reformas.
