The very friendly staff are impressive. The view of the garden is very pretty. The food is also excellent by egyptian standards. However, the swimming pool is short. It cannot be used after sunset.

We were really happy with our stay. The hotel is right next to luxor temple, the old markets and the city center so you can just enjoy yourself walking around and feeling safe till late in the evening without worrying how you are going to get back. The inner garden feels like a clean green well maintained oasis of peace and quite in the middle of an otherwise busy, narrow and dusty city center. The water in the pool was clean and warm even though outside temperatures were a bit chilly at the end of december. The room was spacious, clean and furnished with style. I really liked the balcony facing the garden and the choice of toiletries in the clean modern bathroom. The staff was friendly and helpful. Check in and check out went smooth and fast. Breakfast was amazing, especially the fresh juices. I enjoyed the glamour at the fancy restaurants and bars in the winter palace hotel which you can use as well, although i was a bit disappointed with the taste of the dishes which were ok but not memorable. The only other con of the place was the wear and tear in the winter palace which give it the nostalgic feeling that its era of lux and glamour has unfortunately already passed. Nevertheless i enjoyed the authenticity of the place as a living museum of that time.

Parfait, je recommande à 100% cet hôtel très bien situé au bord du nil . Chambre spacieuse, propre, bonne literie . Un parc magnifique, avec des flamants roses et une superbe grande piscine . Un véritable havre de paix malgré le réveil à 04h00 par le minaret à côté de l’hôtel et à 04h20

Tout le personnels est, efficace, souriant
Un petit + pour le jeune mohamed de l’accueil qui parle très bien le français et toujours le sourire comme tout le personnel du plus petit au plus haut.
Le petit déjeuner est copieux, délicieux et variés
Le look un petit peu rétro de l’ensemble hôtelier est en accord total avec louxor
Un séjour de 7 nuits en couple
- le moins ! les calèches (pas les plus propres de louxor) devant l’hôtel et les taxis qui harcèlent les clients .
- peut-être penser à changer les moquettes intérieures de l’hôtel, elles sont propres mais tellement défraîchies que cela gâche le standing du reste de la structure
Nous passons actuellement un merveilleux séjour au pavillon winter palace.

Le meilleur hôtel ou j'ai pu résider. Jardin magnifique, vue à couper le souffle. Personnel vraiment, vraiment au petit soin. Mention spécial à asmaa la réceptionniste, hesham qui s'occupe de la piscine et les autres que ce soir en cuisine ou dans les chambres. Je retournerai volontiers dans cette hôtel.

La experiencia ha sido genial, nos hicieron un upgrade de habitación y nos dieron una con una terraza espectacular con vistas al jardín. El jardín es de los mejor que he visto en mucho tiempo, muy bien cuidado. El desayuno con una variedad increíble... El problema fue que solo estuvimos 3 días, como parte de una ruta por egipto. Si pasáis por luxor, id a este hotel.
