The resort offers services at a high standard. The only drawback was that we were accommodated in an unrenovated property, and the condition of the furniture left much to be desired.

Everything perfect, well beyond our expectations. A highlight is the cascade area for its restaurant and evening entertainment. The beach and the sea are also beautiful.

A huge and wonderful resort with many opportunities to enjoy a relaxing holiday. Very clean and well-maintained inside and outside the hotel. The green areas are immaculate. Very friendly staff in all areas: service, attention, etc. Buffets are very abundant, with a great variety, good taste, and artistically presented. Large rooms, functional and comfortable beds. Daily room service. Good organization at the reception... Check-in and check-out are quick. Completely satisfied. In the photos, the staff is especially friendly.

Excellent. Good attention, good service, internal transport to move within the resort. Several pools, some pools were heated. There were shows and entertainment. Alcoholic drinks are served. Pleasant atmosphere for all ages.

Long beach resort hurgada has fully met our expectations. Located on the seafront with a beautiful coral reef, easily accessible with the pier, a huge beach equipped with all comforts like bars, shops, animated by a group of guys. The room in the villa was very nice, clean and well-kept. I was located near the brand new cascade area where the evening comes alive with its restaurants, bars and musical attractions. All the staff is very kind and reliable, they make you feel like a special guest. Well done, we will return!!.

Immense resort and there are also shuttles to move around, but you can easily walk. Varied food every day. It seems they are renovating it, and they gave us a free upgrade. Negative notes are: the air conditioning is really noisy, i hope they change the system because it's a shame. Animation with a program not easy to find, there were events organized overnight and we missed some. Very kind staff, dreamlike spa, professional masseurs from cairo schools.

A huge hotel with almost 1, 000 rooms, several pools, several beaches, and several restaurants. The attention and service from the staff were generally good. The hotel's reef is quite good for snorkeling and seeing all kinds of colorful fish. Recommended hotel for its value for money.

We had the best stay ever!!! perfect for a family vacation with plenty of entertainment and activities to do! the location is near the airport and pretty close to all the activities outside (snorkeling etc). The rooms are cleaned every day and very well!.

The hotel was a disappointment for us. We have an old room. It was built in the 90s and has not undergone many renovations since then. The staff pays attention to everything, but they can't do anything with the rooms or the building. The air conditioning in the room is very noisy and outdated. 55 parts are noisy!.
