Amazing bars with live music and Irish dancing.

Great lively vibe. Everyone very friendly - the craic is top! Would advise drinking beers/Guinness over spirits as spirits are very expensive. Lots of lovely restaurants and live music; classic pubs to explore in as well as more modern high-end venues too. Something for everyone!

    Dublin - so much fun!

Visited with a friend to explore for 48hours - we were not disappointed! We like to get involved with less-commonly known attractions, and unfortunately despite the prison museum being fully booked we managed to fill our time! Highlights definitely included a 3hour tour with a local (Patrick) booked via airbnb - a fantastic tour guide with charisma and fun activities planned, including local ice cream and a Ulysses tribute a la James Joyce. We took a train out to Howth after Patrick recommended it to us and had a fantastic time exploring the marina, trying out the local fresh fish caught on the bay, visiting the castle and doing part of the coastal path (various length/level walking routes available!). Another great activity was the escape room on a boat in Dublin port, a very fun and slightly hair-raising experience! Highly recommend getting a Leap card for cheap easy travel around the city/surrounding areas, and be aware that not everywhere will take card payments (especially taxis/buses)!

    Perfectly perfect.

A lovely stay especially if you are visiting the theatre. The service is excellent the rooms are so quiet and perfect temperature. Soft carpets, lovely food perfect ambience can’t wait to visit again ! Only a 20 min walk to centre of Dublin but a nice walk so no hills. We had a twin room with comfy beds. They have underfloor heating in the rooms x nothing appears to be too much for the staff from the moment you arrive to when you leave.Just go you’re worth it.

    Weekend Break

Christmas lights on Grafton Street are always a must see. Nothing over rated just a typical Christmas. Brown Thomas was over crowded and needed to limit the number of people I side the store. Afternoon coffee and pastries in Bewleys was well worth the wait. We ate in Cleaver East on Essex St E in Temple Bar. A tad expensive for what it is but food was good. Didn't realise it was a restricted table and we had to leave after our time was up as there was no space at the bar. Meet up with friends for afternoon cocktails in Farrier and Draper, Powers court. Staff really friendly and helpful. Drinks were right on the money. Defo be back next time we're in town.
